Andrei Savchenko

Andrei Savchenko

CEO/CTO

Andrei Savchenko brings over 25 years of experience building technology companies from the ground up - spanning product strategy, engineering leadership, and commercial execution. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and led ventures across e-commerce (Buyjacker), blockchain (Mine.ART), and technology services, managing full P&L responsibility, hiring and scaling teams, and delivering products to market. Trained as a physicist, he began his career in computer graphics, telemedicine, and scientific visualization before moving into commercial technology. A thread running through his career has been a deep interest in digital health - turning complex ideas into commercially viable products that make a meaningful difference. At Boston Cognitive, he brings this blend of scientific rigor and entrepreneurial drive to bridge peer-reviewed neuroscience and scalable digital health products. On windy days, he trades his keyboard for a kiteboard wherever the wind takes him.
